1. We will quote for work with your needs, your budget and your situation in mind.
2. The type of repair which earns us the most cash will not always be the best one for you. We will give you honest, impartial advice with your benefit in mind not our own.
3. We will aim for the highest standards of workmanship whatever work we are doing, whether it’s re-roofing an entire building or patching a small part.
4. We will do our utmost to minimise any disruption our work will cause to you or, if you are a landlord, your tenants.
5. We will arrange a date and time to start work and we will start when we have promised or let you know, well in advance, if it is not possible.
6. We will keep to the agreed price unless we find new problems in the course of the work. If we do, we will tell you and discuss what can be done before we take any action. In other words, we will not incur any extra expense to you unless you have said we can.
7. If there a problem with work we have done or the materials we have fitted which proves to be caused by poor fitting or workmanship on our part, we will do our utmost to rectify it free of charge.
